A man is on the religion of his friends.

Shaikh Rabee’ Ibn Hadi was asked: What is the ruling on the one who says I am Salafi, and after this he sits with the people of partisanship and leaves his Salafi brothers, and says: Upon us is to learn, let us leave refutations because it wastes our times
Shaikh, Al Alamah Rabee’ Ibn Haadi Al Madkhali (May Allah preserve him) answered with the following
Allah knows best, in this there is sickness and deviance and other than this how can he stay away from the Salafis and sit with the people of Innovation? And ….. (words that were unclear) evidences
Refuting the people of innovation is from clarifying and protecting the Shariah, and it is from commanding the good and preventing the evil and it is from being sincere to Allah and his book and his Messenger and the leaders of the Muslims and their commoners
This person has deviance and sickness
He is therefore advised and if he continues upon this way my opinion is that he should be classified among the people of innovation, yes.
As Imam Ahmad was asked (may Allah have mercy on him): A man sits with someone and I have forbade him from sitting with him
He said: Advise him
The questioner said: He refused
He said: Classify him with his friend.
This is how the people of Bid’ah are, the souls are Junnudun Mujannadah, whichever ones are known to each other will unite and whichever ones have dislikes for each other they will seperate
And for this reason the Salaf have said: Whomsoever’s innovation is hidden from us, his companions are not hidden from us.
Love, sitting together and living together are evidence that this one is ffrom them because the souls are Junuudun Mujannadah whichever one knows each other they will unite and whichever ones dislike each other they will seperate.
How the Da’wah spread in Yemen.
Shaikh Muqbil (may Allah have mercy upon him) was asked in this place of sitting which I had: How did the Da’wah As Salafeeyah spread in Yemen? What is the reason?
He said: The reason is by distinguishing (ourselves), we distinguished ourselves from the people of Bid’ah and therefore Allah spread the Sunnah.
And he gave an example: that a person from the people of innovation came in a Masjid in order to speak there, then everyone in that Masjid left it- meaning they made Hajr (seperation) from him and humiliated him.
Meaning they were satisfied with the Sunnah, and they knew the great station of it and knew the evil of innovation and the evil which comes from it.
It was- my brothers- distinguishing Ahlus Sunnah from the partisans and Ahlul Bid’ah that was a great reason for the spread of the Sunnah. And blending and mixing with them will have the opposite effect and it is a reason for the conquering of Ahlul Bid’ah and its people over the Sunnah and its people, therefore innovations spread.
I ask Allah to keep ourselves and you firm upon the Sunnah and to make us ack upon it and to love and hate for the sake of it, Yes.

Part 1c: Claiming Abu Haneefah knows the unseen.
Aleem Mohammed said: “When he sensed death fast approaching he prostrated and died in Sajdah”.
This statement contradicts the Qur’an directly where Allah has said: “And no one knows in which place he will die”. This verse is general to all people whether layman or scholar. I ask Aleem Mohammed how is it that Allah ta’ala said this in his book sent to the Prophet (Salallahu alaihi wa sallam) and you write that Abu Haneefah knew when his death was coming? If you say thus then you would have accused the Imam of clear Kufr and of being one of the heads of the Tawagheet (those who have gone beyond the boundaries). This is because Allah has singled himself out as having knowledge of the unseen.
Allah has said: “Say (Oh Muhammad): No one knows the unseen in the heavens and the earth except Allah”. Allah has also said: “And he has the keys of the unseen no one knows it except him..” And the Prophet (Salallahu alaihi wa sallam) said: “The keys to the unseen are five and no one knows them except Allah”.
The Noble Shaikh Salih Ibn Fawzaan Al Fawzaan said:
“Whatever is absent from people in terms of future and past events which are not seen are called matters of the unseen (Ghaib), And Allah has specified that he is the only one that has knowledge of it, Allah said: “Say (Oh Muhammad) no one knows the unseen in the heavens and the earth except Allah.” Surah Naml verse 75
Hence no one knows the unseen except Allah alone, and Allah may reveal things from the unseen to his Prophet’s from his revelation out of his wisdom: Allah said: “The knower of the unseen and none of the matters of the unseen are revealed by him to anyone, except from whom he is pleased with from the Prophets.”
Meaning: that no one knows the unseen except the ones who Allah has chosen to give the message, and Allah reveals to them whatever he wants from the unseen, because it is used as a sign of their Prophethood, and from it is news of what Allah has revealed to them from the unseen, and this is general to the Prophets and the Angels, and no one else can see the unseen because the verse only tells of the Messengers from the Prophets and the Angels. Hence whoever says that he knows the unseen he is a kaafir….. and this is what some liars claim…
And whoever claims knowledge of the unseen or believes the one who says that he knows the unseen, he is a Mushrik and a Kaafir, because he is claiming that he shares with Allah in a matter which is only specific to Allah.” (I am not saying that Aleem Mohammad or Darul Uluum are Kuffar but that they have made some statements of Kufr)
Indeed it is statement of deviance and shows the Sufi belief of Aleem Mohammed and the Darul Uluum. The Sufis believe that their ‘Aarifeen have knowledge of the unseen including the exact time of their death. And this my dear brothers and sisters is Kufr according to the consensus of the Imams of Fiqh and Hadeeth.
About Shaikh Muqbil Ibn Haadi
Dammaaj is the birthplace of the reviver of the Sunnah (in the golden provinces of al-Yaman), the Great Scholar Muqbil ibn Haadee al-Waadi’ee (rahimahullaahu ta’aalaa) who through him, the Prophet’s sallallaahu ‘alayhe sallam speech was actualized for this ummah to witness, for verily those who are familiar with the history of Yemen and its people know that for centuries it was splurged and infected with bid’ah (innovated practices). The Shaykh set up an institute of al-‘ilm (Authentic Islaamic Knowledge) that by Allaah’s will, has changed the face of Yemen. Before the da’wah (call) of the Shaykh Yemen was plagued by tashayyu’ (shee’aism) in the north, tasawwuf (soofism) in the southern areas, and hizbiyyah (bigotry group partisanship) all over.
Now by the grace of Allaah azza wa jalla, the blessed Da’watus-Salafiyyah can be found in all parts in Yemen, stronger in some areas than others. Thus he was the mujaddid (reviver) of these lands, the scholar whom none other has had as many people journeying to him neither in this time of ours nor in Yemen since Imaam As-San’aanee rahimahullaahu ta’aalaa (d.211 hijree).
The Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam) said,
“Indeed, Allaah the Exalted sends, after every one hundred years, someone who yujaddid (renovates) for them their religion.”
[Reported by Aboo Daawood; (see As-Saheehah, no.599 by Imaam Al-Albaanee) ]
Shaykh Muhammad bin Saaleh al-Uthaymeen (rahimahullaahu ta’aalaa) said,
“Tell him that I regard him as a reviver of Islaam.”
Shaykh Yahyaa bin ‘Alee al-Hajooree hafidhahullaah said that Shaykh Rabee’ bin Haadee al-Madkhalee hafidahullaahu ta’aalaa said about him, “Tell him he is the Mujaddid in the lands of Yemen” and that he also said: “There can’t be found from the time of ‘Abdur-Razzaaq as-San’aanee to this present day someone who established the Da’wah and revived it as the likes Al-Waadi’ee.”
[Taken from Nubdhah Mukhtasirah min Nasaaih Waalidee al-‘Allaamah Muqbil bin Haadee al-Waadi’ee wa Seeratuhu al-‘Atirah page.9 by Umm ‘Abdillaah the daughter of Shaykh Muqbil]

[3] In the original text Shaykh Yahyaa didn’t even write Noble Shaykh before his name and instead only wrote: Yahyaa bin Alee al-Hajooree Aboo ‘Abdir-Rahmaan and the shortest description of himself compared to the other Mashaay’ikh he wrote about which is evident of his great piety and humbleness. This title was added out of respect for him (hafidhahullaah).
